Books, CD-ROMs & Medical Equipment

All in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours via UPS ground transport. In the continental United States, orders arrive in approximately 3-to-5 business days. Overnight and second-day shipping is also available for an additional charge. We will notify you within one business day if any of the titles you ordered are out of stock.

Note: Due to changes in pricing structure, all Harcourt, W.B. Saunders, Mosby, and Churchill Livingstone titles will be shipped to you directly from the publisher. These titles will arrive in 5-to-7 business days. Therefore, your books may arrive in two shipments. If you have questions about your order, email us at books@collectivemed.com

Handheld Hardware and Accessories

Handheld hardware and hardware accessories are often out of stock due to extremely high demand. Due to limited manufacturer availability, hardware and accessories may take up to 10 business days to be shipped to you. All orders are shipped via UPS ground transport. Overnight and second-day shipping is available for an additional charge. We will notify you within one business day if the hardware or accessories you ordered will take longer than 10 business days to arrive.

International Orders

CollectiveMed offers shipping to most international destinations. Most orders are shipped via DHL and arrive within 3-5 days to most major international cities. To receive a price quote for shipping to your area, simply place an order online, select the "International Shipping" option, and we will send you an email regarding shipping prices. Orders will not be shipped until we have received conformation from you to proceed with your order. We do ship to the former Soviet Republics or the Soviet Union.
