Product Returns

You may return any product purchased from CollectiveMed.com within 30 days if it remains in new condition, and we will refund you its purchase price. Software, hardware, and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, unopened. We do not accept returns on downloaded software. We recommend that you download PDA software and try it out for a few days before purchasing it (you have a trial period of several days on most titles). If you have a hardware or software problem, contact the manufacturer for best service.

Handhled Software & Hardware
Most of our handheld software can be downloaded directly from the Internet. You should receive an email with download instructions within 1-2 business days after placing your order. If you have not received this email, please email help@collectivemed.com, and include in the message your name and order number so that we can resend your download instructions.

All in-stock handheld hardware and accessories orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receiveing the order. In the continental United States, orders arrive in approximately 3-to-5 business days. Overnight and second-day shipping is also available for an additional charge. We will notify you within one business day if any of the items you ordered are out of stock.

If your shipment has not arrived within five business days from the date when you placed your order, please email us at help@collectivemed.com, and include in the message your name, address, and order number. We will track your order and apprise you of its status.
